Getting Started with Workspace
A workspace is the center of your work, where you can use our products to run your operations, from managing tasks to handling invoices, all within your dashboard. Follow these steps to get started
Create your workspace
Login to your Sontre Account
Click "Create New" Button

Input your workspace name (e.g. SOEDJA Agency) in Workspace > name column.
Feel free to customize your workspace by click toggle > "Personalize Your Workspace"
, from the colors to the logo and icons.

Once completing all informations, click > "Create a workspace" Button.
And voilà! Your workspace is created. Click the card to visit your own workspace


Inviting people to work in your workspace is the most recommended step you should take before diving into any of our products. To do that, please follow these steps
Manually invite people to your workspace
Go to your workspace https://sontre.id/workspace/@your_workspace_name
Click "Manage Team" Button

Click "Share Invitation" > and input your team's email Address
Assign role to the person you've invited and > Click icon "+"


Ask people to send request to join your workspace
The easiest way to invite people to join your workspace is by requesting access. Simply share your workspace link and ask them to create an account, then request access to it. We'll guide you through the steps.
Click "Manage Team" Button in your workspace
Copy workspace link by click the icon


Share to anyone you want to invite, and asked them request an access from there.
This is your workspace login portal when they open your workspace link.

How to Request Access to Join Someone's Workspace
Click "Create Account" Button
Complate all informations and click "Sign Up with Email"
After completion, you will be automatically directed to a screen to request access.

Click "Request Permission" Button
Then wait for the owner of workspace accepting your invitation
